What are the payment methods available?

Is the payment made by me and my credit card details secure?

Yes, all our payment gateways 100% secured.

Is there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?

There are no hidden charges, all the charges applicable would be displayed before you place the order. Certain delivery options have extra charges like midnight delivery etc. which will again be mentioned at the time of checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Can I order the flowers to be delivered the same day?

Yes, due to our robust delivery network we accept same day deliveries for deliveries across India. The order should be placed before 5:00 PM every-day. This is not applicable for deliveries outside India.

Can I send some message along with the Flowers or gifts?

Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.

How do I know if Floralis.in has received my order?

As soon as we receive an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. Also order status is updated in the order tracking section, the status can be checked there.

I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?

As soon as we receive the order, an order confirmation Email/SMS is sent and order status is created in your customer section. As we get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take few seconds to several minutes. If you have not received the email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking.

If in the order tracking section, the card status is not verified and it has been some time that you have not got our email, then you can again make the payment by clicking on the link "Make Payment". By doing so through this link you will be charged just once, though you may get a new order number. Or you can email us on sales@floralis.in for any assistance.

How can I track my order?

Your order can be tracked through the order tracking section after your secure login. The status is updated several times a day, so the order status shown here is pretty current.

How are the flowers delivered?

All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities adhering to a strict guidelines to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are to the standards of the industry.

Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions like a bandh, strike etc in the respective city. We will inform you and refund your payment in case there are unforeseen or unavoidable situations. For more information click here to see our Refund Policy.

How do I know if my order got delivered fine?

Floralis.in guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email/SMS is sent to you confirming the delivery. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section. Also, if by any reason the order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reported his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us at sales@floralis.in to claim a non-delivery with reference to your Order Number.

What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?

This will never happen with floralis.in, however if it happens due to circumstances beyond our control full amount will be refunded. For more information click here to see our Refund Policy.

When will the order be delivered, what time?

We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in checkout form or send us an email to sales@floralis.in. Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?

In this case the delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf. For more information click here to see our Shipping Policy.

 What all can be sent along with the flowers?

All the items mentioned on the site can be sent along with the flowers but if you have anything that is not available on our site, you can always ask for the same through our Contact Us Section and you will be given the Quote.

How can I get personal assistance?

You can contact us on sales@floralis.in any time, or through the Contact Us section if you require any personal assistance from us.

Where can I enter special instructions?

If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address, kindly write in the additional information box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to sales@floralis.in with the order number.

What if I have a specific requirement or if I want some custom arrangement made or if I have a special request?

We will be honored to oblige you for your special request or custom order. Just drop us an email at sales@floralis.in and our expert team will get back to you to understand your requirements.

How can I cancel or reschedule an order?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email at sales@floralis.in minimum 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

How can I change an order?

If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email to sales@floralis.in minimum 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints value of the order cannot be changed. For this order is to be cancelled and new order is to be placed.

What if I am confused on what to send?

No problem, you can just let us know your budget for the flower arrangement you would like to send and our experienced and talented florists will create something suitable for you in your budget and get it delivered with your emotions.

How long will the flowers last?

Different Flowers have different shelf life but again a lot depend on how care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature we cannot give the Guarantee for life of the flowers.

How can I best care for my flowers?

To keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a floral preservatives (available for sale in our webstore) to maximize the freshness & life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your flowers are expected to last for approximately 4-7 days.
